1- All our residential services are functioning normally within this exceptional situation we are facing, in accordance with the rules of prevention, care, professional, health and social services instructions, with the resources available with the limitations we are all aware of.
2- In the residence of La Lastrilla (Segovia) there have been 3 deaths due to Coronavirus of people who, belonging to the entity, were in hospital, elderly and had other additional pathologies. We regret these human losses and we have been supporting the families at all times.
3- The current situation of the residential area of Fundación Personas is covering the comprehensive needs of our group in continuous adaptation to each need.
4- Our priority is to provide the best quality care to all our residents and their families. We focus our efforts minute by minute in their physical and psychological well-being and in the best hygienic conditions, contemplating each person in an integral way.
5- The professionals are making an extraordinary effort in exceptional circumstances, for which we wish to express our admiration, gratitude and support at all times.
6- The media are also an important support to transmit to the whole society the special therapeutic needs that IDPs have, so we ask for understanding, to share the approved rules and if citizens see accompanied IDPs walking, do not interfere negatively and become accomplices of the solution.
