Where to find us
Tórtola School
This is located in the Pajarillos neighbourhood. It is a small school where it is easier to forge relationships and share mutual knowledge.
Being located in a neighbourhood with all the services this entails fosters participation and autonomy, as well as social insertion.
The students who attend school come from ordinary primary and secondary schools, from the age of 12 all the way up to 21.
Our students all come from Ordinary Primary and Obligatory Secondary Education (ESO). They can enrol in our school from the age of 12 for their Compulsory Basic Education (EBO). They go on to enrol in the Transition to Adulthood Programme.
All students require extensive or intermittent support needs brought about by their intellectual disability. Furthermore, in some cases, they may even have some other associated disability. This school has a bathroom adapted in accordance with current regulations and a platform that provides access to both floors (semi-basement and mezzanine).
Combined schooling
This type of schooling acts as a receiving institution for students from Integration Schools (Primary and Obligatory Secondary Education).
