Our Guidance, Training and Employment Intermediation service is called HORIZON.
What do we do?
We offer technical support to people with disabilities, dependency or special support needs to foster their personal autonomy.
How do we do it?
1.
Intermediation
- Management, support and structured services system to integrate users into the labour market.
- Developed in six key phases (search, analysis, evaluation, pre-selection, exchange, monitoring).
2.
Guidance
- Drawing up of user-centred Work Insertion Pathways
- Referral to group actions to work on personal skills and acquire the skills needed to look for a job.
- Verification of personal aspects and adaptation to a job.
3.
Training
- Manage and come up with training projects for the unemployed and the entity’s training actions.
4.
Support
- Management and maintenance of the database.
- Customer service, telephone service, etc.
