These BONUS are bonuses – on the companies’ contributions for occupational accidents – granted by the mutual accident insurance companies to companies that have had a low accident rate during the year. They return a minimum of 5% of the contribution if the annual accident rate has been low, and an additional 5% if investments have been made to improve safety.
These bonuses are linked to the year 2017 and highlight the particular involvement of Fundación Personas and Grupo Lince in the prevention of occupational risks and accidents.
In this recognition is present the involvement of workers and the prevention team in the care and monitoring of safety standards.
