The general director of Fundación Personas, Jesús Mazariegos and CEO of Grupo Lince, has had the pleasure of attending the 8th edition of Diálogos Castilla y León Económica, together with 15 other businessmen from the region from different sectors.

The Minister of Employment and Industry of the Junta de Castilla y León, Carlota Amigo, was the protagonist of this edition, organized by the magazine Castilla y León Económica to strengthen relations between businessmen, politicians and the media.

The head of Employment and Industry of the Regional Government, who was accompanied by David Martín Martín, Deputy Minister of Employment and Social Dialogue, announced that“Castilla y León will soon have 100 labor prospectors hired by Ecyl to detect the needs of companies, see what professional profiles they need, improve the training of the workforce, avoid traumatic measures in human resources and promote the labor market insertion of the unemployed.”

During the working lunch, Mr. Amigo also took the opportunity to listen to the different proposals made by the selected group of guests. In this regard, the management of Fundación Personas gave a general assessment of the economic situation of social entities and how the current scenario, the result of the pandemic, is affecting the management of employment.

In this regard, the representative of the largest Special Employment Center of Castilla y Leon, wanted to remember that to respond to this situation, “LINCE Group relied on the three pillars on which its model of labor inclusion is based: prevention, social and labor support to people and employment stability“.

During the event, Carlota Amigo acknowledged that “we are living in the most difficult economic moment in recent history due to the forced closure of many companies during the state of alarm”, she launched a message of optimism by assuring that “we must innovate and see our strengths”, while explaining that her objective is to incorporate business associations and clusters into the Social Dialogue through the creation of specialized commissions. ” We want to open the Social Dialogue to more sectorial representatives”, he pointed out, and then underlined that this tool “has served to bring social peace to Castilla y León and to avoid industrial relocations in the past crisis”.

We would like to thank the magazine Castilla y León Económica for inviting us to participate in the 8th edition of these meetings.
