On August 5, the El Pino de Obregón Special Education Center in Valladolid received a visit from Isabel Blanco, Councilor for Family and Equal Opportunities and Vice-President of the Regional Government of Castilla y León, accompanied by her team.
During the tour of the facilities, the Minister announced a series of measures promoted by the regional government to strengthen support for households with disabled children and their families, highlighting the importance of resources such as those offered by Fundación Personas in educational and social care.
The visit was an opportunity to show up close the work we do at the center, where we serve students with permanent educational needs who require extensive, generalized and/or intermittent support.

Carlos Martín, president of Fundación Personas; Amando Cacho, vice-president; Daniel Clavero, general director; María Eugenia del Olmo, delegate of Fundación Personas in Valladolid, and Javier Medina, in charge of the El Pino de Obregón educational center, were present to welcome and accompany the minister during her visit.

Fundación Personas is grateful for the interest and closeness of the Regional Ministry of Family and Equal Opportunities, as well as its commitment to improving the quality of life of people with disabilities and their families in Castilla y León.
