Fundación Personas takes stock of 2024: more than 3,500 people served and 2,099 professionals committed to inclusion

Fundación Personas has published its Social Report 2024, a document that shows the impact achieved during the past year in its five delegations in Castilla y León: Palencia, Guardo, Segovia, Valladolid and Zamora. Throughout 2024, more than 3,500 people were served, 2,583 of them with intellectual disabilities and another 1,000 through our collaboration in programs of the Junta de Castilla y León, such as INTECUM or A gusto en Casa.

The entity closed the year with a staff of 2,099 professionals, 840 of whom are disabled, and a network of 100 operational centers in 140 locations. These figures consolidate Fundación Personas as one of the leading organizations in the sector. In addition, the entity consolidates its role in the social economy through its three special employment centers, with clients such as Renault, Airbus, Michelin and the different provincial and city councils.

Among the highlights of 2024 milestones are:

  • Obtaining the EFQM +400 seal, which recognizes the company’s commitment to quality, innovation and continuous improvement.
  • The inauguration of the first Social Additive Manufacturing Center of Castilla y León, in Valladolid, promoted by Grupo Lince with the support of the Ministry of Industry of Castilla y León.
  • The deployment of the 2022-2026 Strategic Plan, with more than 1,200 personalized life projects, quality of work and family life surveys, and more than 30,000 support interventions registered in the special employment centers.

Fundación Personas thus reaffirms its commitment to comprehensive, personalized and quality care, which is committed to social transformation and to generating real opportunities for each person.
