Fundación Personas launches in Morales del Vino (Zamora) a new mixed training and employment program in the field of social and health care for people with disabilities. This initiative offers 6 months of training with an employment contract from day one, providing participants with a real opportunity for professional qualification and access to stable employment.
The program is aimed at unemployed people registered as job seekers, who wish to train and work in the social and health care sector. During the training period, which will run from September 1, 2025 to February 28, 2026, participants will obtain the Level 2 Certificate of Professionalism in Social and Health Care, through a combination of theoretical and practical training in a real environment.
The training will take place at the Cristo de Morales Center and will be held in the mornings, full time. Fundación Personas is thus committed to a modality that favors active learning, labor insertion and the strengthening of the support network for people with disabilities.

Obtaining the Certificate of Professionalism in Social and Health Care for Dependents in Social Institutions (Level 2) will open the door to work as:
- Caregiver in residential or day care centers for people with disabilities or the elderly
- Geroculturist
This certificate is official and recognized throughout the national territory, which facilitates your incorporation into the labor market in a sector with high demand and social vocation.
