Grupo Lince wins ECOVADIS bronze medal for its commitment to sustainability

Special Employment Center with more workers in Castilla y León is among the best entities evaluated in the last year.

Lince Groupthe Special Employment Center of Fundación Personas and the largest in Castilla y León, has received the bronze medal from ECOVADIS, an international recognition in the field of sustainability. This award certifies that the company has exceeded 65% of the indicators evaluated in four key areas: Environment, Labor and Human Rights, Ethics and Sustainable Procurement.

The ECOVADIS recognition reinforces Grupo Lince’s commitment to sustainability and social responsibility. The Special Employment Center of Social Initiative develops its activity in sectors such as cleaning, logistics, gardening, auxiliary services, industry and additive manufacturing, with the aim of generating inclusive and accessible job opportunities for people with disabilities, adapting the positions to the capabilities and needs of each person.

Achieving this certification is not a minor challenge. Many organizations do not reach this level and are left with an accreditation of commitment, which further enhances Grupo Lince’s efforts and progress in this area. In addition, the company is working on a continuous improvement plan, with the aim of further improving its sustainability management system and enhancing its positive impact on society and the environment. This distinction is a new boost for Grupo Lince in its commitment to an inclusive, responsible and sustainable employment model, aligned with the highest international standards.
