On September 1, a new Mixed Employment and Training Program began at Fundación Personas Zamora, with the participation of 10 unemployed people registered with the Public Employment Service of Castilla y León.

This program, which will run until February 28, 2026, aims to improve the employability of participants through a combination of theoretical training and paid work experience in a real work environment linked to the Foundation’s own activities.
Throughout these six months, the student-workers will develop practical tasks such as: care for people with disabilities, support in care services, …..
at the same time they receive specialized training that will allow them to obtain an officially recognized professional certification.
The initiative is co-financed by the Public Employment Service of Castilla y León (ECYL) and the Ministry of Labor and Social Economyand is directed and supervised by a multidisciplinary technical team made up of professionals from the Foundation.
With this program, Fundación Personas Zamora reinforces its commitment to social inclusion, qualified training and job placement, offering new employment opportunities to unemployed people and promoting the development of key skills for the labor market.
