CaixaBank.

The objective of this project is to train in the skills and abilities, as well as in the social and communicational values
necessary to perform the tasks and functions
of the kitchen assistant profile, to a group of people with intellectual disabilities from the

that will allow them in the short term to have an occupational, therapeutic and rehabilitative training activity in their center.

The group of people with intellectual disabilities demand training that allows in the short term
provide an occupation to them, (protected occupational activity and
supported). Therefore, we have raised a concrete, close and realistic project using the
own means of the Mar de Pinares de Cuéllar Centers, for the development of a training
in the profile of kitchen assistant with training in healthy eating.

We have adapted to the current situation and the context we are currently living due to the
pandemic of Covid19, providing the necessary preventive and security measures to
provide training with all the guarantees, and in the pedagogical modalities that are
required.

The program will develop activities such as:

● Learning basic processes of furniture restoration and finishing.
● Knowing and using the tools and equipment necessary for the activity.
● Activities to apply basic notions of carpentry applied to the
restoration of furniture
● Putting into practice the techniques of pictorial restoration.
● Activities to maintain and develop appropriate professional relationships
with team members. Effective communication with the appropriate
people at all times, conveying the information that
is necessary.
● Conduct training activities that reflect the importance of
sustainability and recycling.

The project began this June and is scheduled to end on November 11, 2022,
and is intended to be maintained over time. The same

the facilities and services of the Fundación Personas centers in Cuéllar.

The main objective of these trainings is to achieve normalization, inclusion and improvement
