Fundación Personas and the century-old biscuit manufacturer Gullón, renew their cooperation framework by ratifying a corporate social agreement to facilitate the labor inclusion of people with disabilities and at risk of social exclusion.
The priority of the agreement is the promotion of accessibility and equal opportunities in the workplace. Likewise, among the commitments made by both entities is the fixation of population in the rural areas of Castilla y León and the implementation of joint projects of visibility in terms of diversity and Sustainable Development Goals. In this way, Fundación Personas and Galletas Gullón reinforce their historical relationship since 2008, when the collaboration between both entities began.
Ángeles García, president of Fundación Personas thanked the biscuit manufacturer from Aguilar: “The magnificent work done by Galletas Gullón in creating and maintaining jobs for people with disabilities, fixing the population in rural areas and offering opportunities to women with special employability difficulties, in addition to promoting values of visibility and social inclusion, all of which are objectives achieved within the collaboration agreement that is being renewed with Fundación Personas”.
In the words of Paco Hevia, Corporate Director and head of Human Resources policies at Galletas Gullón: “Our collaboration with Fundación Personas goes back more than 15 years, so ratifying this alliance for another year reflects the importance of this union through which we favor labor insertion, integration and the elimination of inequalities”, he explains .

Collaboration with the XLI ADECAS March
In line with this collaboration, the biscuit company will support the celebration of the 41st ADECAS March of Guardo that will take place on May 27, supplying 200 kilos of product for the provisioning of the runners in Velilla del Río Carrión.
Fifteen-year relationship with the Special Employment Centers for laundry services and maintenance of green spaces
The relationship with Fundación Personas is one of the company’s historical relationships. For fifteen years, the Special Employment Centers of Fundación Personas in Palencia and Guardo have been providing green space maintenance and laundry services.
