Those responsible for Asprosub Fundación Personas have taken a course on gender equality in the workplace.
In addition to drawing up an equality plan, the most important measure to promote the principle of equal treatment is employee training.
The main purpose of the sexual harassment and gender-based harassment training is to provide the necessary knowledge to raise awareness on the subject and change prevailing attitudes in our social and work environment.



The objectives of the course are as follows:
- To know the fundamental concepts of gender equality in the workplace.
- Differentiate between formal equality and real equality.
- To identify the indicators of current inequality situations in the world of work, as opposed to the levels of equality achieved.
- Show receptivity to the development of values in favor of equality between men and women.
- Identify and act in cases of sexual and gender-based harassment in the workplace.
- To know the company’s responsibilities in situations of sexual harassment and harassment based on sex, as well as the functions of the legal representation of the workforce.
