In keeping with our commitment to transparency, we are pleased to announce the incorporation of Ricardo Cuesta Caminero as the new Manager of Grupo Lince.
With an outstanding professional career, Ricardo brings more than 20 years of experience in the direction and management of companies and Special Employment Centers. Throughout his career, he has held positions of responsibility in several key areas such as Sales, Operations, Projects and Human Resources, standing out for his leadership skills, strategic vision and commitment to inclusion and social impact.
Before joining Grupo Lince, Ricardo held the position of Regional Director for the Northern Zone at Grupo Impacto y Talento, leading the operational and commercial management and the income statement for the region. Previously, he was Head of Sales and Operational Management of Services for Industry at ILUNION, where he supervised operations and teams of up to 100 people.
Ricardo holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Valladolid and has completed the Advanced Management Program (AMP) at IE Business School, reinforcing his training in executive leadership and decision making.
