Today concludes in Morales del Vino (Zamora) the first edition of the mixed training and employment program in care for people with disabilities, promoted by Fundación Personas. For six months, a group of 10 participants (2 men and 8 women, between 20 and over 60 years old) have received theoretical and practical training and real work experience that has allowed them to obtain the Certificate of Professionalism in Social and Health Care for Dependent Persons in Social Institutions (Level 2).
This itinerary, developed at the Cristo de Morales Center (Zamora), began on March 1 and has been a unique opportunity for learning and personal growth for its participants, who have shown great dedication and commitment throughout the process.
In addition to training, the program has offered full-time employment from day one, combining theoretical and practical content with direct work experience in caring for people with disabilities.
👉 O n September 1, 2025, the second edition of the program will start, in which another group of 10 people will have the opportunity to train and work in this professional field, with a view to a future of stable employment in the social and healthcare sector.
