Professional who will be part of a team, and whose main function is focused on the coordination of social, economic and personal resources in order to facilitate access to them to individuals and families and promote the improvement of the quality of life.
Functions
- Needs assessment: social, economic and emotional situation of individuals and families.
- Intervention and support: Design and implement action plans to improve people’s quality of life.
- Guidance and counseling: information on social resources, rights and services available.
- Resource and service management: Facilitating access to and information on social, health, economic, education and other essential services.
- Mediation and Family Care.
- Networking and coordination with institutions: Collaborate with Entities, Guardianship Foundations, CEAS, Health Services..etc in case follow-up.
- Education and prevention: Contribute to the development and implementation of awareness and prevention programs.
- Supervision and follow-up of cases.
- Preparation of social work reports.
- Management of Family Respite Places.
- Support in social work tasks of the Organization’s Educational Centers.
- Follow-up and support with minors who share educational center and residential services; facilitate the implementation of community support programs.

- Effective communication: Ability to transmit information in a clear and assertive manner, adapting to different interlocutors.

- Teamwork: Facility to collaborate with other professionals and entities, ensuring coordinated and effective care.
Professional profile requirements
- Diploma/graduate degree in Social Work.
- At least 1 year of work experience as a social worker.
- Driving license and vehicle.
