{"id":20421,"date":"2021-07-06T16:18:33","date_gmt":"2021-07-06T16:18:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fundacionpersonas.es\/the-fundacion-personas-assistance-center-in-laguna-de-duero-obtains-the-une-158101-seal\/"},"modified":"2026-02-07T12:41:31","modified_gmt":"2026-02-07T12:41:31","slug":"the-fundacion-personas-assistance-center-in-laguna-de-duero-obtains-the-une-158101-seal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fundacionpersonas.es\/en\/the-fundacion-personas-assistance-center-in-laguna-de-duero-obtains-the-une-158101-seal\/","title":{"rendered":"The Fundaci\u00f3n Personas Assistance Center in Laguna de Duero obtains the UNE 158101 seal."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>With this latest certificate, Fundaci\u00f3n Personas continues to add Day Centers and Residences that demonstrate the level of quality of both service and care for people with intellectual disabilities.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Valladolid. &#8211; July 6, 2021 &#8211; <\/strong><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fundaci\u00f3n Personas, a non-profit social entity, leader in the care of people with intellectual disabilities in Castilla y Le\u00f3n throughout their life cycle, continues its commitment to the gradual certification of its centers with the requirements of the <strong>UNE 158101:2015<\/strong> standard.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-light-green-cyan-background-color has-background wp-block-paragraph\">Proof of this is the new seal obtained for the care complex that the organization has in the Valladolid town of Laguna de Duero. This achievement is added to those already obtained in <strong>Cu\u00e9llar<\/strong> (Segovia) and <strong>Palencia<\/strong>, with the <strong>&#8220;Mar de Pinares<\/strong>&#8221; and &#8220;<strong>Centro Ribera del Carri\u00f3n<\/strong>&#8221; residences and day centers, respectively. It is not in vain that Fundaci\u00f3n Personas Palencia became the <strong>first non-profit social entity in Castilla y Le\u00f3n to achieve this<\/strong>.    <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-pale-cyan-blue-background-color has-background wp-block-paragraph\">In 2022 it is planned to implement the requirements of the 158101:2015 standard at the Carbajales de Alba residence and day care center in Zamora.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The UNE 158101 certification <strong>guarantees the quality of service and care for the elderly or disabled in day centers, residences and night centers<\/strong> (public or private). It is, therefore, a certificate based on the full welfare of the residents, as well as on the ethics and specialization of the professionals. It is a standard that values high professional training, which requires adequate facilities, as well as the development of a rigorous control of the services offered. This is something that Fundaci\u00f3n Personas demonstrates continues to be maintained over time, with the awarding of this third certificate.   <\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/fundacionpersonas.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Ext-residencia-Laguna-de-Duero.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3798\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fundaci\u00f3n Personas has been certified with the requirements of the <strong>UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015<\/strong> standard in all its centers since 2017. Last June, the external audits of the FUNDACI\u00d3N PERSONAS Quality Management System Certification follow-up were successfully passed, where the implementation of the System has been verified with respect to the requirements specified in this reference standard, and the scope has been extended to the entity&#8217;s Guidance and Labor Intermediation Service. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-pale-pink-background-color has-background wp-block-paragraph\">This certification accredits the implementation of a quality management system based on the interaction of processes aimed at continuous improvement in the care of people with disabilities.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-background has-vivid-cyan-blue-background-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\"\/>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#197cb9\"><em>About Fundaci\u00f3n Personas<\/em><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.fundacionpersonas.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">Fundaci\u00f3n Personas<\/a> was created in 2008 by five associations in Castilla y Le\u00f3n: <strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.adecas-guardo.es\/\" target=\"_blank\">ADECAS<\/a> Guardo, <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.aspanis-palencia.es\/\" target=\"_blank\">ASPANIS<\/a> Palencia, <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.apadefim-segovia.es\/\" target=\"_blank\">APADEFIM<\/a> Segovia, <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.asprona-valladolid.es\/\" target=\"_blank\">ASPRONA<\/a> Valladolid and <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.asprosub-zamora.es\/\" target=\"_blank\">ASPROSUB<\/a> Zamora<\/strong>. Our mission is to improve the quality of life of people with intellectual disabilities and their families by providing comprehensive services, in the environment and covering all stages of the life cycle. The founding associations belong to the <strong>Plena Inclusion<\/strong> family movement and bring 60 years of experience, share innovation and foster mutual collaboration.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">With a regional presence, we are <strong>present in 30 towns in Castilla y Le\u00f3n<\/strong>, urban centers and rural areas, where we attend to situations of disability or dependence and provide support for the promotion of personal autonomy. We also offer support and training to people at risk of social exclusion.
