{"id":20417,"date":"2021-06-14T14:45:36","date_gmt":"2021-06-14T14:45:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fundacionpersonas.es\/fundacion-personas-and-gullon-revalidate-their-corporate-social-agreement-to-increase-cooperation\/"},"modified":"2026-02-07T12:41:31","modified_gmt":"2026-02-07T12:41:31","slug":"fundacion-personas-and-gullon-revalidate-their-corporate-social-agreement-to-increase-cooperation","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fundacionpersonas.es\/en\/fundacion-personas-and-gullon-revalidate-their-corporate-social-agreement-to-increase-cooperation\/","title":{"rendered":"Fundaci\u00f3n Personas and Gull\u00f3n revalidate their corporate social agreement to increase cooperation"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right wp-block-paragraph\">June 14, 2021<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The entities, which have been collaborating since 2008, renew their agreement for the direct provision of services to facilitate the labor inclusion of people with disabilities.  <\/li><\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The objectives of the collaboration prioritize digital transformation and equal opportunities in the workplace, as well as economic and social profitability, population fixation in rural areas and the implementation of joint visibility projects.<\/li><\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>This action is part of the Responsible Business Master Plan and contributes to the fulfillment of SDG8 Decent Work and Economic Growth, SDG10 Reducing Inequalities and SDG17 Partnerships to Achieve Goals.<\/li><\/ul>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fundaci\u00f3n Personas and <strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/gullon.es\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/gullon.es\/\" target=\"_blank\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Galletas Gull\u00f3n<\/span><\/a><\/strong>have renewed their cooperation framework by ratifying a corporate social agreement to facilitate the labor inclusion of people with disabilities and at risk of exclusion. The agreement establishes that the Special Employment Centers of <strong>Fundaci\u00f3n Personas in Palencia and Guardo<\/strong> will continue to provide maintenance services of green spaces and laundry and expands the objectives of this cooperation by establishing a corporate social agreement.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-light-green-cyan-background-color has-background wp-block-paragraph\">The priorities set out in the agreement are digital transformation and promoting accessibility and equal opportunities in the workplace. In addition, the commitments made by both entities include ensuring the business and social profitability of the board of trustees, the establishment of population in rural areas of Castilla y Le\u00f3n and the implementation of joint visibility projects in the areas of <strong>diversity and Sustainable Development Goals.<\/strong>  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In this way, the foundation and the biscuit company reinforce their historical relationship that began in 2008. In the words of <strong>\u00c1ngeles Garc\u00eda<\/strong>, <strong>president of Fundaci\u00f3n Personas<\/strong>, she thanked Gull\u00f3n for: &#8220;Its social commitment and its firm commitment to diversity and the integration of people with disabilities, promoting an agreement that facilitates their access to the labor market while at the same time establishing a population in one of the rural areas most affected by depopulation&#8221;. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For his part, <strong>Paco Hevia<\/strong>, <strong>Corporate Director and head of Human Resources policies at Galletas Gull\u00f3n<\/strong>: &#8220;Thanks to the alliance with Fundaci\u00f3n Personas, we are strengthening a historical relationship and we are committed to diversity and inclusion by expanding the framework of opportunities for people with disabilities. Our mission is to improve the quality of life of people with intellectual disabilities and their families by providing comprehensive services, in the environment and covering all stages of the life cycle. The founding associations belong to the <strong>Plena Inclusion<\/strong> family movement and bring 60 years of experience, share innovation and foster mutual collaboration.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">With a regional presence, we are <strong>present in 30 towns in Castilla y Le\u00f3n<\/strong>, urban centers and rural areas, where we attend to situations of disability or dependence and provide support for the promotion of personal autonomy. We also offer support and training to people at risk of social exclusion.
