These actions have provided employment to 368 people. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>Employment Guidance Itineraries<\/strong> are designed to increase autonomy and skills in the search for employment, as well as to improve employability and job placement for the people assisted by the Employment Service of Castilla y Le\u00f3n. Through <strong>HORIZON<\/strong>, Fundaci\u00f3n Personas&#8217; Labor Intermediation and Guidance Office, more than 5,000 unemployed people in Valladolid, Zamora, Segovia, Segovia, Palencia, Guardo and Aguilar de Campoo have been able to benefit from the PROA program. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-light-green-cyan-background-color has-background wp-block-paragraph\">Broken down by fiscal year, in 2018, Fundaci\u00f3n Personas assisted 1938 users, favoring the integration of 91 people. In 2019 there were 115 integrations as a result of the attention given to 1934 employees. Throughout 2020, actions aimed at improving the employability of 1400 long-term unemployed people in different locations in Castilla y Le\u00f3n have been developed and 162 have found employment thanks to the Program.    <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition to the personalized itineraries for each person, this program offers guidance and support for the implementation of entrepreneurial initiatives. In this sense, 94 people have received self-employment actions during the last year and 190 group sessions have been held during the three years of the program.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The program of professional orientation for employment and assistance for self-employment aimed at the long-term unemployed (PROA) in Castilla y Le\u00f3n, allows the disability organizations grouped in Plena Inclusi\u00f3n CyL to develop orientation actions to improve the labor itinerary. It is financed by the Public Employment Service of Castilla y Le\u00f3n (Ecyl). <\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-background has-vivid-cyan-blue-background-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\"\/>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#197cb9\"><em>About Fundaci\u00f3n Personas<\/em><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.fundacionpersonas.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">Fundaci\u00f3n Personas<\/a> was created in 2008 by five associations in Castilla y Le\u00f3n: <strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.adecas-guardo.es\/\" target=\"_blank\">ADECAS<\/a> Guardo, <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.aspanis-palencia.es\/\" target=\"_blank\">ASPANIS<\/a> Palencia, <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.apadefim-segovia.es\/\" target=\"_blank\">APADEFIM<\/a> Segovia, <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.asprona-valladolid.es\/\" target=\"_blank\">ASPRONA<\/a> Valladolid and <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.asprosub-zamora.es\/\" target=\"_blank\">ASPROSUB<\/a> Zamora<\/strong>. Our mission is to improve the quality of life of people with intellectual disabilities and their families by providing comprehensive services, in the environment and covering all stages of the life cycle. The founding associations belong to the <strong>Plena Inclusion<\/strong> family movement and bring 60 years of experience, share innovation and foster mutual collaboration.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">With a regional presence, we are <strong>present in 30 towns in Castilla y Le\u00f3n<\/strong>, urban centers and rural areas, where we attend to situations of disability or dependence and provide support for the promotion of personal autonomy. We also offer support and training to people at risk of social exclusion.
