{"id":20389,"date":"2020-11-25T11:37:00","date_gmt":"2020-11-25T11:37:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fundacionpersonas.es\/fundacion-personas-against-gender-violence\/"},"modified":"2026-02-07T12:41:11","modified_gmt":"2026-02-07T12:41:11","slug":"fundacion-personas-against-gender-violence","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fundacionpersonas.es\/en\/fundacion-personas-against-gender-violence\/","title":{"rendered":"Fundaci\u00f3n Personas against gender violence"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">One more year, from <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.fundacionpersonas.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">FUNDACI\u00d3N PERSONAS<\/a>, <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/grupolince.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">GRUPO LINCE<\/a>, <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/apadefim2000.es\/\" target=\"_blank\">APADEFIM 2000<\/a> and <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/fundacionvirgendellano.es\/fundacionvirgendellano.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">FUNDACION VIRGEN DE LLANO<\/a> we join the celebration on November 25th of the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women, one of the most widespread and persistent human rights violations in the world today, and the main obstacle to achieve equality.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-pale-pink-background-color has-background wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>We express our firm rejection of gender violence<\/strong> and affirm our commitment to promote a <strong>SAFE WORK ENVIRONMENT RESPECTFUL<\/strong> of the dignity, individual freedom and fundamental rights of all the people who make up our organization, especially the most vulnerable, people with disabilities.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Sexual harassment and harassment on the basis of sex<\/strong><br\/><br\/>Sexual harassment, in the form of unwanted verbal, non-verbal or physical behavior of a sexual nature, and gender-based harassment in the workplace are also forms of gender-based violence. Sexual or gender-based harassment behaviors, attitudes or situations are not permitted or tolerated in our organization. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-light-green-cyan-background-color has-background wp-block-paragraph\">We remind you that you have at your disposal the <strong>Protocol of action against sexual harassment and harassment based on sex<\/strong> to which you can resort in case you feel you are victims of any situation of harassment.<\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>We all have a responsibility to help ensure a work environment in which violence against women is unacceptable.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can address your doubts, suggestions or complaints through the Works Council, the offices of your center or to the Equality Commission in the mailboxes:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><a href=\"mailto:igualdad@fundacionpersonas.es?subject=25N%20-%20CONTRA%20LA%20VIOLENCIA%20DE%20G%C3%89NERO\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">igualdad@fundacionpersonas.es<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"mailto:igualdad@fundacionvirgendellano.es?subject=25N%20-%20CONTRA%20LA%20VIOLENCIA%20DE%20G%C3%89NERO\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">igualdad@fundacionvirgendellano.es<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"mailto:igualdad@apadefim2000.es?subject=25N%20-%20CONTRA%20LA%20VIOLENCIA%20DE%20G%C3%89NERO\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">igualdad@apadefim2000.es<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"mailto:igualdad@grupolince.com?subject=25N%20-%20CONTRA%20LA%20VIOLENCIA%20DE%20G%C3%89NERO\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">igualdad@grupolince.com<\/a><\/li><\/ul>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/fundacionpersonas.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Optima_png.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3490\" width=\"267\" height=\"143\"\/><\/figure>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Grupo Lince has been recognized since 2009 with the \u00d3ptima distinction for gender equality in the workplace.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As you know, Fundaci\u00f3n Personas is a member of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.plenainclusioncyl.org\/home\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Plena Inclusion Castilla y Le\u00f3n<\/a>, the federation of associations and foundations of families of people with intellectual disabilities in the region that works for the <strong>rights and social inclusion of people<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On the occasion of the 25N, <strong>Plena Inclusion<\/strong> has launched the campaign <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.plenainclusioncyl.org\/actualidad\/noticia\/participa-en-la-accion-reivindicativa-online-voy-tapada-no-callada\/2076\" target=\"_blank\">#VoyTapadaNoCallada<\/a>, an <strong>online action against gender violence<\/strong>. The action consists of sharing messages on social networks claiming the elimination of violence against women. It can be photos or videos with short messages on your masks. There is also the option of using a virtual mask thanks to the filter for <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=iOMMB89xQtQ&amp;feature=youtu.be\" target=\"_blank\">Facebook<\/a> and <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=h7A4wUH2bvs&amp;feature=youtu.be\" target=\"_blank\">Instagram<\/a> created by Plena Inclusion.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-pale-cyan-blue-background-color has-background wp-block-paragraph\">We encourage all of you to participate in the <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.plenainclusion.org\/informate\/actualidad\/agenda\/manifestacion-virtual-contra-la-violencia-machista-voytapadanocallada\" target=\"_blank\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-orange-color\">virtual demonstration<\/span><\/a> against male violence.
