This recognition demonstrates, once again, the commitment that the Foundation maintains with the <strong>optimized management of resources<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>The first accreditation was achieved in June 2017, when <strong>Fundaci\u00f3n Personas<\/strong> passed the processes for obtaining accreditation with the development and implementation of the system by an external consultancy.  <\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During these three years, all the centers and services of the entity have been gradually and periodically evaluated internally and externally. After the last annual process, the certifying entity has renewed the accreditation for a new period 2020-2023. <\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/fundacionpersonas.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Certiifcado-AENOR-9001.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3159\" width=\"133\" height=\"236\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-background has-vivid-cyan-blue-color has-very-light-gray-background-color wp-block-paragraph\">With the renewal of the certification, Fundaci\u00f3n Personas consolidates its position as a reference entity serving thousands of people and families in Castilla y Le\u00f3n, <strong>covering the needs of comprehensive care throughout the life cycle of each person with intellectual disabilities<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is yet another step forward in the organization&#8217;s commitment to continuous improvement in order to offer excellent quality care to the more than 3,000 families that make up the social base of Fundaci\u00f3n Personas. An example of how social organizations can improve their services and projects with the implementation of quality management systems. <\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>About Fundaci\u00f3n Personas<\/strong><\/em><br\/><br\/><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.fundacionpersonas.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">Fundaci\u00f3n Personas<\/a> was created in 2008 by five associations in Castilla y Le\u00f3n: <strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.adecas-guardo.es\/\" target=\"_blank\">ADECAS<\/a> Guardo, <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.aspanis-palencia.es\/\" target=\"_blank\">ASPANIS<\/a> Palencia, <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.apadefim-segovia.es\/\" target=\"_blank\">APADEFIM<\/a> Segovia, <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.asprona-valladolid.es\/\" target=\"_blank\">ASPRONA<\/a> Valladolid and <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.asprosub-zamora.es\/\" target=\"_blank\">ASPROSUB<\/a> Zamora<\/strong>. Our mission is to improve the quality of life of people with intellectual disabilities and their families by providing comprehensive services, in the environment and covering all stages of the life cycle. The founding associations belong to the <strong>Plena Inclusion<\/strong> family movement and bring 60 years of experience, share innovation and foster mutual collaboration.<br\/><br\/>With a regional presence, we are <strong>present in 30 towns in Castilla y Le\u00f3n<\/strong>, urban centers and rural areas, where we attend to situations of disability or dependence and provide support for the promotion of personal autonomy. We also offer support and training to people at risk of social exclusion.  Our activity is governed by criteria of quality and proximity in service; efficiency and transparency in management; <strong>equal opportunities, accessibility and respect for diversity as a driver of social transformation.<\/strong><br\/><br\/>In the <strong>educational-care area<\/strong>, we manage <strong>2,500 places<\/strong> daily <strong>in 60 centers<\/strong>, distributed in more than 30 locations in Valladolid, Palencia, Segovia and Zamora.
