On December 28th was presented “EL HADA DEL AGUA”, a story by Gustavo Mart\u00edn Garzo<\/strong> with illustrations by Pablo Gim\u00e9nez and the participants in the “Proyecto MIRAR3.0”.MIRAR3.0 Project<\/strong><\/mark><\/a>Project” of Fundaci\u00f3n Personas, published by AQUAVALL<\/strong><\/mark><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n

In Valladolid’s Millennium Dome <\/strong>with the presence of the author, the creators of the drawings and institutional representatives. With the collaboration of Leo Harlem<\/strong><\/mark><\/a> as presenter. <\/p>\n\n

Also presented was the artistic collaboration with Vallkirias Pisuerga<\/strong><\/mark><\/a>. The creators of MIRAR have interpreted their logo of the dragon to capture it in a container garage where they keep their canoes. <\/p>\n\n

Also with Mental Health El Puente<\/mark><\/strong><\/a> Valladolid, nesting boxes created and decorated by both groups were exchanged to install them in visible places to follow their evolution. Intercreative inclusion. <\/p>\n\n

The MIRAR Project focuses on the artistic abilities of people with intellectual disabilities<\/strong>, having eco-creativity as a guide for inclusion and wanting to contribute our drop of water in a change of attitudes that leads to a sustainable and supportive management of the world’s water resources.<\/p>\n\n

About Fundaci\u00f3n Personas<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Fundaci\u00f3n Personas<\/mark><\/strong><\/a> was created in 2008 by five associations in Castilla y Le\u00f3n: ADECAS<\/mark><\/strong><\/a> Guardo, ASPANIS<\/mark><\/a> <\/strong>Palencia, APADEFIM<\/mark><\/strong><\/a> Segovia, ASPRONA<\/mark><\/strong><\/a> Valladolid and ASPROSUB<\/mark><\/strong><\/a> Zamora. Our mission is to improve the quality of life of people with intellectual disabilities and their families. To do this we provide comprehensive services, in the environment and covering all stages of the life cycle of a person. The founding associations belong to the family movement Plena Inclusion<\/a><\/strong> movement and bring 60 years of experience, share innovation and foster mutual collaboration.<\/p>\n\n

With a regional presence, we are present in 30 towns in Castilla y Le\u00f3n<\/strong>, urban centers and rural areas, where we attend to situations of disability or dependence and provide support for the promotion of personal autonomy. We also offer support and training to people at risk of social exclusion. Our activity is governed by criteria of quality and proximity in care; efficiency and transparency in management; equal opportunities, accessibility and respect for diversity as a driver of social transformation.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n

In the educational-care area<\/strong>, we manage 5,300 places daily in 75 centers, distributed in more than 30 locations in Valladolid, Palencia, Segovia and Zamora. In the labor area<\/strong>, Fundaci\u00f3n Personas has 3 Special Employment Centers<\/strong> (CEE) Lince Group<\/mark><\/strong><\/a> S.L.U., APADEFIM 2000 S.L.U.<\/mark><\/strong><\/a>. and CEE Fundaci\u00f3n Personas – with a workforce of 939 employees<\/strong>, more than 90% of whom have some type of disability.<\/p>\n\n
