Fundaci\u00f3n Personas, under the representation of Nuria Sastre, our HR Director, has been present at the Conference on prevention and action against sexual harassment and harassment based on sex in the company organized by Regional Ministry of Family and Equal Opportunities<\/strong> from Junta de Castilla y Le\u00f3n<\/mark><\/a> through the General Directorate for Women, in cooperation with EXECyL Foundation.<\/mark><\/a> The session, which took place on December 19 in an online format, included in its agenda the success stories of three organizations from Castilla y Le\u00f3n to share best practices in sexual harassment and prevention.<\/p>\n\n

Nuria Sastre, HR Director of the Fundaci\u00f3n Personas group of companies ( Fundaci\u00f3n Personas<\/mark><\/a>, LINCE Group<\/mark><\/a>, Apadefim 2000<\/a> <\/mark> y Virgen de Llano Foundation<\/mark><\/a>) was the spokesperson in this space in which she told how is the management of the prevention of sexual harassment and harassment based on sex in the companies that make up the group, recalling the present protocol under which there is a commitment to act with all diligence to prevent, avoid, resolve and punish cases of sexual harassment and \/ or gender in the workplace as an essential requirement to ensure the dignity, integrity and equal treatment and opportunities throughout the workforce<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n

This protocol is designed to prevent this type of behavior and to establish a procedure to be followed in the event that such behavior occurs within the organization.<\/p>\n\n

About Fundaci\u00f3n Personas<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n

With a regional presence, we are present in 30 towns in Castilla y Le\u00f3n<\/strong>, urban centers and rural areas, where we attend to situations of disability or dependence and provide support for the promotion of personal autonomy. We also offer support and training to people at risk of social exclusion. Our activity is governed by criteria of quality and proximity in care; efficiency and transparency in management; equal opportunities, accessibility and respect for diversity as a driver of social transformation.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n

In the educational-care area<\/strong>, we manage 5,300 places daily in 75 centers, distributed in more than 30 locations in Valladolid, Palencia, Segovia and Zamora. In the labor area<\/strong>, Fundaci\u00f3n Personas has 3 Special Employment Centers<\/strong> (CEE) Lince Group<\/mark><\/strong><\/a> S.L.U., APADEFIM 2000 S.L.U.<\/mark><\/strong><\/a>. and CEE Fundaci\u00f3n Personas – with a workforce of 939 employees<\/strong>, more than 90% of whom have some type of disability.<\/p>\n\n
