Those responsible for Asprosub Fundaci\u00f3n Personas have taken a course on gender equality in the workplace.<\/p>\n\n

In addition to drawing up an equality plan, the most important measure to promote the principle of equal treatment is employee training.<\/p>\n\n

The main purpose of the sexual harassment and gender-based harassment training is to provide the necessary knowledge to raise awareness on the subject and change prevailing attitudes in our social and work environment.<\/p>\n\n

The objectives of the course are as follows:<\/p>\n\n

    \n
  • To know the fundamental concepts of gender equality in the workplace.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Differentiate between formal equality and real equality.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • To identify the indicators of current inequality situations in the world of work, as opposed to the levels of equality achieved.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Show receptivity to the development of values in favor of equality between men and women.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Identify and act in cases of sexual and gender-based harassment in the workplace.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • To know the company’s responsibilities in situations of sexual harassment and harassment based on sex, as well as the functions of the legal representation of the workforce.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n
