{"id":20238,"date":"2023-05-19T10:19:58","date_gmt":"2023-05-19T10:19:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fundacionpersonas.es\/fundacion-personas-and-gullon-renew-their-cooperation-agreement\/"},"modified":"2026-02-07T12:37:08","modified_gmt":"2026-02-07T12:37:08","slug":"fundacion-personas-and-gullon-renew-their-cooperation-agreement","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fundacionpersonas.es\/en\/fundacion-personas-and-gullon-renew-their-cooperation-agreement\/","title":{"rendered":"Fundaci\u00f3n Personas and Gull\u00f3n renew their cooperation agreement"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The objectives of the collaboration prioritize equal opportunities in the labor field, as well as the fixation of population in rural areas and the implementation of joint visibility projects.<br\/><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In line with this agreement, the biscuit manufacturer will collaborate on May 27th in the celebration of the <a href=\"https:\/\/marchaadecas.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">XLI Solidarity Walk ADECAS<\/mark><\/a>of Guardo by supplying 200 kilos of product for the provisioning of runners in Velilla del R\u00edo Carri\u00f3n.<br\/><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The relationship with the biscuit factory is historical, as for fifteen years the Special Employment Centers of Fundaci\u00f3n Personas have been providing laundry and maintenance services for green spaces in <a href=\"https:\/\/gullon.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Gull\u00f3n<\/mark><\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Fundaci\u00f3n Personas<\/strong> and the <strong>century-old biscuit manufacturer Gull\u00f3n<\/strong>, renew their cooperation framework by ratifying a corporate social agreement to facilitate the labor inclusion of people with disabilities and at risk of social exclusion.<br\/><br\/>The priority of the agreement is the promotion of <strong>accessibility and equal opportunities in the workplace<\/strong>. Likewise, among the commitments made by both entities is the fixation of population in the rural areas of Castilla y Le\u00f3n and the implementation of joint projects of visibility in terms of diversity and Sustainable Development Goals. Our mission is to improve the quality of life of people with intellectual disabilities and their families. To do this we provide comprehensive services, in the environment and covering all stages of the life cycle of a person.  The founding associations belong to the family movement <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.plenainclusioncyl.org\/home\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Plena Inclusion<\/a><\/strong> movement and bring 60 years of experience, share innovation and foster mutual collaboration.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-small-font-size wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#145880;font-style:normal;font-weight:400\">With a regional presence, we are <strong>present in 30 towns in Castilla y Le\u00f3n<\/strong>, urban centers and rural areas, where we attend to situations of disability or dependence and provide support for the promotion of personal autonomy. We also offer support and training to people at risk of social exclusion.  Our activity is governed by criteria of quality and proximity in service; efficiency and transparency in management; <strong>equal opportunities, accessibility and respect for diversity as a driver of social transformation.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-small-font-size wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#145880;font-style:normal;font-weight:400\">In the <strong>educational-care area<\/strong>, we manage 5,300 places daily in 75 centers, distributed in more than 30 locations in Valladolid, Palencia, Segovia and Zamora.
