The Special Employment Centers (CEE) of the third social sector, both those of us who are part of Plena Inclusion<\/mark><\/a> as well as the rest of the entities that make it up, have been promoting the labor integration of people with disabilities and their quality of life for decades, achievements that we have reached with the constant support of public administrations.<\/p>\n\n

In this regard, we wish to emphasize that in order to strengthen and dignify the jobs of these people, it is essential to support at the same time the viability of these centers, complementing the increase in the SMI with other measures that stimulate the creation and maintenance of employment, for example, by revising in a stable manner the salary compensation up to 75% in the cases of people with special difficulties. <\/p>\n\n

Not incorporating any measure will put our continuity at risk and that is why we invite the administration to develop a shock plan, in collaboration with the entities of the sector, to reactivate the special employment centers and provide them with greater prospects for the future.<\/p>\n\n

In Castilla y Le\u00f3n there are more than 300 centers<\/strong> in operation where 6,000 people with disabilities work<\/strong>, many of them are social initiative, non-profit, and we are located in rural areas, fixing population, creating new opportunities, with local roots that are part of our hallmarks. <\/p>\n\n

Now is the time to give this much-needed boost to sustainability, within the framework of the social economy and in line with the changes brought about by the labor reform and the European strategy for inclusion.<\/p>\n\n

About Fundaci\u00f3n Personas<\/em><\/p>\n\n

Fundaci\u00f3n Personas<\/mark><\/strong><\/a> was created in 2008 by five associations in Castilla y Le\u00f3n: ADECAS<\/mark><\/strong><\/a> Guardo, ASPANIS<\/mark><\/a> <\/strong>Palencia, APADEFIM<\/mark><\/strong><\/a> Segovia, ASPRONA<\/mark><\/strong><\/a> Valladolid and ASPROSUB<\/mark><\/strong><\/a> Zamora. Our mission is to improve the quality of life of people with intellectual disabilities and their families by providing comprehensive services, in the environment and covering all stages of the life cycle. The founding associations belong to the Plena Inclusion<\/strong> family movement and bring 60 years of experience, share innovation and foster mutual collaboration.<\/p>\n\n

With a regional presence, we are present in 30 towns in Castilla y Le\u00f3n<\/strong>, urban centers and rural areas, where we attend to situations of disability or dependence and provide support for the promotion of personal autonomy. We also offer support and training to people at risk of social exclusion. Our activity is governed by criteria of quality and proximity in service; efficiency and transparency in management; equal opportunities, accessibility and respect for diversity as a driver of social transformation.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

In the educational-care area<\/strong>, we manage 5,300 places<\/strong> daily in 75 centers<\/strong>, distributed in more than 30 locations in Valladolid, Palencia, Segovia and Zamora. <\/p>\n\n

In the labor area<\/strong>, Fundaci\u00f3n Personas has 3 Special Employment Centers<\/strong> (CEE) Lince Group<\/mark><\/strong><\/a> S.L.U., APADEFIM 2000 S.L.U.<\/mark><\/strong><\/a>. and CEE Fundaci\u00f3n Personas – with a staff of 900 workers<\/strong>, more than 90% of whom have some kind of disability. <\/p>\n\n
