For six months, the ten participants will receive theoretical and practical training, combining learning with professional experience through an alternating training contract. <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:23px;font-style:normal;font-weight:300\"><strong>A firm step towards employment in the health and social care sector<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px;font-style:normal;font-weight:300\">Upon completion of the program, participants will obtain the <strong>certificate of professionalism<\/strong> in Social and Health Care for Dependent Persons in Social Institutions, as well as the necessary qualification to perform their work in care centers for people with disabilities or in a situation of dependency.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px;font-style:normal;font-weight:300\">This project, financed with funds from the Servicio P\u00fablico de Empleo Estata l (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sepe.es\/HomeSepe\/es\/\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">SEPE<\/mark><\/a>), has as its main objective to improve the employability of people registered with the Public Employment Service of Castilla y Le\u00f3n, providing them with the necessary skills for their <strong>labor market insertion<\/strong> in an area with a high demand for qualified professionals.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px;font-style:normal;font-weight:300\">Fundaci\u00f3n Personas Zamora stresses the importance of initiatives such as this one to strengthen the social and healthcare sector with <strong>trained and committed professionals<\/strong>, while creating real employment opportunities for people actively seeking work.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"556\" height=\"782\" src=\"https:\/\/fundacionpersonas.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/webb.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-16852\" srcset=\"https:\/\/fundacionpersonas.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/webb.jpg 556w, https:\/\/fundacionpersonas.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/webb-213x300.jpg 213w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 556px) 100vw, 556px\" \/><\/figure>\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p class=\"has-vivid-cyan-blue-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-1 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:15px\"><strong>About Fundaci\u00f3n Personas<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-small-font-size wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#145880;font-style:normal;font-weight:400\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fundacionpersonas.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Fundaci\u00f3n Personas<\/mark><\/strong><\/a> was created in 2008 by five associations in Castilla y Le\u00f3n:  <a href=\"https:\/\/www.adecas-guardo.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">ADECAS<\/mark><\/strong><\/a> Guardo, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.aspanis-palencia.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">ASPANIS<\/mark><\/a> <\/strong>Palencia, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.apadefim-segovia.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">APADEFIM<\/mark><\/strong><\/a> Segovia, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.asprona-valladolid.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">ASPRONA<\/mark><\/strong><\/a> Valladolid and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.asprosub-zamora.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">ASPROSUB<\/mark><\/strong><\/a> Zamora. Our mission is to improve the quality of life of people with intellectual disabilities and their families. To do this we provide comprehensive services, in the environment and covering all stages of the life cycle of a person.  The founding associations belong to the family movement <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.plenainclusioncyl.org\/home\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Plena Inclusion<\/a><\/strong> movement and bring 60 years of experience, share innovation and foster mutual collaboration.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-small-font-size wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#145880;font-style:normal;font-weight:400\">With a regional presence, we are <strong>present in 30 towns in Castilla y Le\u00f3n<\/strong>, urban centers and rural areas, where we attend to situations of disability or dependence and provide support for the promotion of personal autonomy. We also offer support and training to people at risk of social exclusion. Our activity is governed by criteria of quality and proximity in care; efficiency and transparency in management; <strong>equal opportunities, accessibility and respect for diversity as a driver of social transformation.<\/strong>  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-small-font-size wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#145880;font-style:normal;font-weight:400\">In the <strong>educational-care area<\/strong>, we manage 5,300 places daily in 75 centers, distributed in more than 30 locations in Valladolid, Palencia, Segovia and Zamora.
