Once again this year, from Fundaci\u00f3n Personas<\/mark><\/a>, Grupo Lince<\/mark><\/a> y Apadefim 2000<\/mark><\/a> join in the celebration on November 25 of the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women, one of the most widespread and persistent human rights violations in the world today, and the main obstacle to achieving equality.<\/p>\n\n

We express our firm rejection of gender violence <\/strong>and affirm our commitment to promote a SAFE WORK ENVIRONMENT RESPECTFUL<\/strong> of the dignity, individual freedom and fundamental rights of all the people who make up our organization, especially the most vulnerable, people with disabilities.<\/p>\n\n

Sexual harassment and harassment on the basis of sex<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Sexual harassment, in the form of unwanted verbal, non-verbal or physical behavior of a sexual nature, and gender-based harassment in the workplace are also forms of gender-based violence. Sexual or gender-based harassment behaviors, attitudes or situations are not permitted or tolerated in our organization. <\/p>\n\n

We remind you that you have at your disposal the Protocol of action against sexual harassment and harassment based on sex<\/strong> to which you can resort in case you feel you are victims of any situation of harassment.<\/p>\n\n
