At Fundaci\u00f3n Personas<\/mark><\/strong><\/a> we work every day to build a work environment where sexual, family and gender identity diversity<\/strong> is accepted and protected. We believe that inclusion should not only be a policy, but a daily practice that guarantees the respect, personal fulfillment, well-being and safety of all the people who are part of our community. <\/p>\n\n

An inclusive workspace<\/strong> is one in which each person can develop without fear of discrimination or violence. That is why we continue to strengthen our measures to ensure safe, equal and violence-free spaces, with special attention to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n

Diversity enriches us and drives us to be better. Fostering a culture in which all people, regardless of their gender identity or sexual orientation, are valued for their abilities and talents is a responsibility we take on with conviction. <\/p>\n\n

We invite the entire staff to join us in this mission: to build together spaces of respect<\/strong>, freedom and where all people can be themselves<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

On April 25, Fundaci\u00f3n Personas<\/strong> and the legal representatives of the employees approved the Diversity and Inclusion Plan<\/strong><\/a> of the LGTBI collective<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n
