Throughout 2024, <strong>more than 3,500 people<\/strong> were served, 2,583 of them with intellectual disabilities and another 1,000 through our collaboration in programs of the Junta de Castilla y Le\u00f3n, such as INTECUM or A gusto en Casa.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-post-featured-image\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"397\" height=\"562\" src=\"https:\/\/fundacionpersonas.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/Captura-de-pantalla-2025-07-16-a-las-13.09.29-e1752664454432.png\" class=\"attachment-post-thumbnail size-post-thumbnail wp-post-image\" alt=\"Presentation of the 2024 Report\" style=\"object-fit:cover;\" \/><\/figure>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px;font-style:normal;font-weight:300\">The entity closed the year with a staff of <strong>2,099 professionals<\/strong>, 840 of whom are disabled, and a network of <strong>100 operational centers<\/strong> in <strong>140 locations<\/strong>. These figures consolidate Fundaci\u00f3n Personas as one of the leading organizations in the sector. In addition, the entity consolidates its role in the social economy through its three <strong>special employment centers<\/strong>, with clients such as Renault, Airbus, Michelin and the different provincial and city councils.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px;font-style:normal;font-weight:300\"><strong>Among the highlights of 2024 milestones are:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"font-size:18px;font-style:normal;font-weight:300\"><strong>Obtaining the EFQM +400 seal<\/strong>, which recognizes the company&#8217;s commitment to quality, innovation and continuous improvement.<br\/><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:18px;font-style:normal;font-weight:300\"><strong>The inauguration of the first Social Additive Manufacturing Center of Castilla y Le\u00f3n<\/strong>, in Valladolid, promoted by Grupo Lince with the support of the Ministry of Industry of Castilla y Le\u00f3n.<br\/><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:18px;font-style:normal;font-weight:300\"><strong>The deployment of the 2022-2026 Strategic Plan<\/strong>, with more than 1,200 personalized life projects, quality of work and family life surveys, and more than 30,000 support interventions registered in the special employment centers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px;font-style:normal;font-weight:300\">Fundaci\u00f3n Personas thus reaffirms its commitment to <strong>comprehensive, personalized and quality care<\/strong>, which is committed to <strong>social transformation<\/strong> and to generating <strong>real opportunities for each person<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-luminous-vivid-amber-background-color has-text-color has-background has-link-color has-small-font-size wp-elements-1 wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/fundacionpersonas.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/Memoria-Fundacion-Personas-2024-1.pdf\">?
