The General Assembly of ASPANIS Palencia approves the Annual Report and accounts for the year 2024.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

On June 18, 2025, the Ordinary General Assembly of Members of Aspanis<\/strong> was held at the LECRAC Municipal Center in Palencia, an event that brought together families, members and representatives of the organization in a space for dialogue, approval and balance of the work done.<\/p>\n\n

During the Assembly, the annual accounts for the year 2024, the budget for 2025 and the Aspanis Social Report<\/strong>, which includes the entity’s activity over the last year, were unanimously approved.<\/p>\n\n

Likewise, the Board of Directors was partially renewed, with the resignation of Mr. Javier Ares Benito<\/strong>, father of a user and committed member of the association during these years, due to the fulfillment of the maximum statutory period. His work was recognized and thanked by all present. In his place was elected Mr. Jes\u00fas Puertas Ib\u00e1\u00f1ez<\/strong>, a lawyer by profession and closely linked to the history and values of Aspanis and the social sector. <\/p>\n\n

The Assembly also included a detailed presentation of the activity of the centers and services of Fundaci\u00f3n Personas in Palencia<\/strong>, as well as a review of the investments made during 2024 and those planned for this year.<\/p>\n\n

The meeting ended with an emotional recognition of Mr. Javier Andr\u00e9s Cerrato<\/strong>, a worker of the entity for more than three decades, recently retired. His dedication and closeness throughout so many years were applauded by the entire community, leaving a deep impression among colleagues, families and people served. <\/p>\n\n

It promotes a model based on social innovation, quality, proximity, inclusion and respect for individual rights. It works closely with families, professionals, public administrations and companies.
