This agreement aims to: <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"font-size:18px;font-style:normal;font-weight:300\"><strong>To defend<\/strong> the rights of the LGTBI+ community.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:18px;font-style:normal;font-weight:300\">Working together for the <strong>inclusion<\/strong> of all LGTBI+ people, with special attention to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px;font-style:normal;font-weight:300\">The 2 organizations commit to:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"font-size:18px;font-style:normal;font-weight:300\">Fight against discrimination.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:18px;font-style:normal;font-weight:300\">Campaigning for society to respect <strong>diversity<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:18px;font-style:normal;font-weight:300\">Train its technical staff and volunteers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:18px;font-style:normal;font-weight:300\">Make easy-to-read materials.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:18px;font-style:normal;font-weight:300\">Ensure that everyone understands and participates.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<div style=\"height:60px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p class=\"has-vivid-cyan-blue-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-1 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:15px\"><strong>About Fundaci\u00f3n Personas<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-small-font-size wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#145880;font-style:normal;font-weight:400\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fundacionpersonas.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Fundaci\u00f3n Personas<\/mark><\/strong><\/a> was created in 2008 by five associations in Castilla y Le\u00f3n:  <a href=\"https:\/\/www.adecas-guardo.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">ADECAS<\/mark><\/strong><\/a> Guardo, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.aspanis-palencia.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">ASPANIS<\/mark><\/a> <\/strong>Palencia, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.apadefim-segovia.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">APADEFIM<\/mark><\/strong><\/a> Segovia, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.asprona-valladolid.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">ASPRONA<\/mark><\/strong><\/a> Valladolid and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.asprosub-zamora.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">ASPROSUB<\/mark><\/strong><\/a> Zamora. Our mission is to improve the quality of life of people with intellectual disabilities and their families. To this end, we provide comprehensive services, in the environment and covering all stages of a person&#8217;s life cycle. The founding associations belong to the family movement <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.plenainclusioncyl.org\/home\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Plena Inclusion<\/a><\/strong> and bring 60 years of experience, share innovation and encourage mutual collaboration.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-small-font-size wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#145880;font-style:normal;font-weight:400\">With a regional presence, we are <strong>present in 30 towns in Castilla y Le\u00f3n<\/strong>, urban centers and rural areas, where we attend to situations of disability or dependence and provide support for the promotion of personal autonomy. We also offer support and training to people at risk of social exclusion. Our activity is governed by criteria of quality and proximity in care; efficiency and transparency in management; <strong>equal opportunities, accessibility and respect for diversity as a driver of social transformation.<\/strong>  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-small-font-size wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#145880;font-style:normal;font-weight:400\">In the <strong>educational-care area<\/strong>, we manage 5,300 places daily in 75 centers, distributed in more than 30 locations in Valladolid, Palencia, Segovia and Zamora.
