He has also been a member of the board of trustees of Fundaci\u00f3n Personas for more than a decade. Our mission is to improve the quality of life of people with intellectual disabilities and their families. To this end, we provide comprehensive services, in the environment and covering all stages of a person&#8217;s life cycle. The founding associations belong to the family movement <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.plenainclusioncyl.org\/home\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Plena Inclusion<\/a><\/strong> and bring 60 years of experience, share innovation and encourage mutual collaboration.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-small-font-size wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#145880;font-style:normal;font-weight:400\">With a regional presence, we are <strong>present in 30 towns in Castilla y Le\u00f3n<\/strong>, urban centers and rural areas, where we attend to situations of disability or dependence and provide support for the promotion of personal autonomy. We also offer support and training to people at risk of social exclusion. Our activity is governed by criteria of quality and proximity in care; efficiency and transparency in management; <strong>equal opportunities, accessibility and respect for diversity as a driver of social transformation.<\/strong>  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-small-font-size wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#145880;font-style:normal;font-weight:400\">In the <strong>educational-care area<\/strong>, we manage 5,300 places daily in 75 centers, distributed in more than 30 locations in Valladolid, Palencia, Segovia and Zamora. In the <strong>labor area<\/strong>, Fundaci\u00f3n Personas has <strong>3 Special Employment Centers<\/strong> (CEE) <a href=\"https:\/\/grupolince.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Lince Group<\/mark><\/strong><\/a> S.L.U., <a href=\"https:\/\/apadefim2000.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">APADEFIM 2000 S.L.U.<\/mark><\/strong><\/a>.  and CEE Fundaci\u00f3n Personas &#8211; with a workforce of <strong>939 employees<\/strong>, more than 90% of whom have some
