This scale is aimed at both <strong>workers in Special Employment Centers<\/strong> and <strong>professionals in the social and disability fields<\/strong>, a sector in which there has been no instrument adapted to its particularities until now.<\/p><p>The project seeks to establish <strong>solid evaluation bases<\/strong> that, in the medium and long term, facilitate the consolidation of a reference model for the <strong>continuous improvement of work-life quality<\/strong> in the field of disability. All this with a comprehensive approach focused on the <strong>real needs of people<\/strong>.<\/p><p>The initiative is promoted by <strong>Fundaci\u00f3n Personas<\/strong> and has the scientific support of <strong>INICO (University Institute for Integration in the Community, University of Salamanca)<\/strong>. Thanks to this alliance, CAVILAB represents a significant advance in improving working conditions and promoting inclusion, through a <strong>rigorous evaluation based on validated empirical indicators<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-bff0bde elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"bff0bde\" rigorous and progressive development of the tool:<\/p><ol><li><strong>Research and design phase<\/strong><ul><li>Review of the scientific literature and existing models.<\/li><li>Approval by the research ethics committee.<\/li><li>Initial proposal of dimensions and indicators of work-life quality.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Instrument construction phase<\/strong><ul><li>Elaboration of two versions of the scale:<ul><li><strong>CAVILAB-PG<\/strong>, aimed at technical and professional staff of social services.<\/li><li><strong>CAVILAB-PD<\/strong>, intended for workers with disabilities in Special Employment Centers.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ol><p> <\/p><ol><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li>Preliminary validation of the indicators through the participation of experts and focus groups.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Piloting phase<\/strong><ul><li>Application of both versions in representative samples of Fundaci\u00f3n Personas and its special employment centers.<\/li><li>Data collection and analysis of the psychometric properties of the scales (internal consistency, stability, and construct validity).<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ol><p> Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Employment of the Junta de Castilla y Le\u00f3n.<br>It has the scientific collaboration of INICO (University Institute for Integration in the Community, University of Salamanca), a benchmark in applied research in the field of disability and the support of Plena Inclusi\u00f3n Castilla y
